I normally don’t write bad reviews, but my experience at this Nissan dealership has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. At only 15,000 miles, I noticed my car vibrating while braking. I explained this clearly to the service department, but they insisted it just needed a brake fluid flush—which already seemed odd for such low mileage. Overall my experience at bertera was less than average. It was muddled with inaccurate pricing, delays, and unproffessionalism. The two bright spots were Ray and my service professionals. Ray was calm, understanding and transparent. He saved a deal going sideways and might be the mvp of the salesteam. He is lucky to backed up by some amazing people in service. Brenda and Kahlani were the absolute best. I wouldn't have purchased a second vehicle here without them.
Such a wonderful and stress-free experience buying my car from HASSAN. He was incredibly easy to work with and completely upfront about everything. No, games, no pressure, and no hidden surprises.
