We recently had a cracked windshield and Scott at Manchester Glass made the whole replacement process easy peasy. He coached me on how to deal with the insurance company, kept me apprised on progress, was a technical resource as we discussed lane departure warning & lane keep along with how those things affect windshields, he also looked out for any decals we had on the windshield.
