I can't speak for everyone, but I feel as though a property is only as good as the manager. Shay is awesome! Hands down, we're lucky to have a person so driven and responsible for not only her job position but all our apartments! She makes certain our needs are always met, if something needs fixing or adjustment she 100% attends to everything and gives her full undivided attention to every possible situation brought forth from tenants as well as maintenance. Cons: Noisy neighbors.You will be hearing footsteps all throughout the night , management refusing to do anything about it , Neighbors listening to your private conversations while you’re inside your own apartment/bedroom ,Very run down laundry rooms, tenants leave their laundry in the washer/dryers for 24hrs and you have to wait until they feel like removing their clothes for you to do your own. Pro: Great neighborhood

Love the noise the water makes when neighbors take a shower it’s such a high pitch squeal !!! U got to love it
