Chen was a pleasure to work with. He was always prompt and responsive, and provided us with some great insight into the kitchen/breakfast room and bathroom remodel we were working on. We were lucky enough to have a family friend be able to have his schedule open up to take on the project for us, but we would have chosen to work with Chen if not. I highly recommend reaching out to him for any kind of remodel as he is highly professional and has great attention to detail.

TLDR: this company does not communicate internally and will ask you to pay bills without a clear invoice/documentation for what it's for. Working with Manchen construction started out fairly positive, then quickly headed downhill when we ran into issues with the city. The issues that we ran into with the city were not Manchen's fault and we believe our project manager at the time was working well with us to try and find a middle ground with what the city was requesting from us. I call this company to remodel my bathroom. Since they did a great job on my kitchen. They absolutely didn't let me down with my bathroom. David Lior was a very good individual to work with, and I highly recommend his expertise in helping you build your next project.
