I am coming up on a year at this complex and felt I should give a review, especially since my experience has been mostly enjoyable. - Management: The employees I’ve encountered in the leasing office have always been very respectful/professional. I have been a resident here for a year and recently renewed my lease despite my better judgment. My roommates and I have had issues with the management since we moved in. The first being that additional charges were added to our first months rent for “utilities” despite the fact that we had already paid them. We have also had issues with maintenance men entering the apartment for no reason and several items were moved or missing. Manchac is a nice place to live. The management is awesome. Everything is kept up on the property. The pool is relaxing and the gym has all the equipment you need to do to workout. I just helped my mom move into her apartment and evrryone was so helpful
