Management is great. The apartment complex itself is small and has thin walls. We can hear our upstairs neighbors screaming and stomping all hours of the night. Our dishwasher leaked for days and almost flooded the apartment if it wasn’t for us turning off the water source. Maintenance is not on top of it as they should. Let’s not talk about the giant gnats coming out of the sink the first week we moved in. If your lease is up in the middle of the month, they make you pay the whole month “corporate policy”

Hailie Wright deserves recognition— I’m a current resident, and when I reported a termite issue, Hailie responded immediately. She had pest control on-site the same day. They installed a bait box, and Hailie took the time to explain the termite life cycle and how the treatment worked. She followed through weeks later to ensure the box was checked, the area was treated, and the infestation was fully eradicated. Manchac lakes apartments just like any other complex has their goods and bad, but the staff makes it well worth the stay. Leasing manager Rita is very helpful and always have either gotten an answer or resolved an issue that i encountered.
