I recently started my third year here at Manchac Lake apartments We have an excellent staff here. They all go out of their way to help in any way possible. They’re family oriented here. They do lots of things around holiday times such as trick or trunk for the kids. They even had Santa and Mrs Claus here at Christmas so the kids could visit them Today is the celebration of Mardi Gras season which the staff supplied many different kinds of King Cakes for all residents to come and mingle with our neighbors. Awesome apartment community! The property is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and professional. Christy Theriot, the community director, is incredible always helpful, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Highly recommend!
Manchac Lake apartments has been our home for about a year now and I can say I’ve thoroughly enjoyed living here, the neighbors are friendly, the staff is responsive and helpful, and the apartments are super comfortable! Overall no real complaints! We are a Krewe of 4! Myself, my partner, our wonderful Corgi, Tom, who is our entire world and regularly makes guest appearances!
