Rita did a great job and went above and beyond on our tour together
Great complex
They will try to charge you rent when you have a concession in the lease. Then they will proceed to put an eviction notice on your door for not paying the rent that you're not supposed to pay. They will take weeks to do a maintenece request if they don't think it's important. They close randomly during the day and never answer the phone. They also told me they dont replace screens because "bird's pick at them" . This turned out to be a lie because a month later they're doing it. Management is great. The apartment complex itself is small and has thin walls. We can hear our upstairs neighbors screaming and stomping all hours of the night. Our dishwasher leaked for days and almost flooded the apartment if it wasn’t for us turning off the water source. Maintenance is not on top of it as they should. Let’s not talk about the giant gnats coming out of the sink the first week we moved in. If your lease is up in the middle of the month, they make you pay the whole month “corporate policy”
