They installed a bait box, and Hailie took the time to explain the termite life cycle and how the treatment worked. Manchac lakes apartments just like any other complex has their goods and bad, but the staff makes it well worth the stay. Leasing manager Rita is very helpful and always have either gotten an answer or resolved an issue that i encountered.
The Pros: - The staff is very friendly and kind. - The place is kept clean (unless people don't push the compactor button and it gets backed up, happened like once every few months). The cons: - Whoever owned the buildings refused to fix the AC (past tense: they have supposedly gotten a new owner in the month prior to us moving out). During the year my friend and I lived there (Aug 2024-2025) I had kept putting in requests over and over and nothing happened.
