She was the worst so called doctor I have ever seen in my 69 years of life! NASTY, RUDE, and should be let go
If I could give zero stars I would. This woman was rude and nasty. She wouldn't listen to what I was trying to tell her. She was purposely rough with her exam when she shoved her fingers down in my stomach that I was having issues with. My natural reaction was to cry and she screamed at me for crying. She was the most unprofessional NP I have ever spoken with. She also removed all of my diabetic medication and pain meds for other issues that was set up by my previous primary for pain management. I have been a patient of Joan's for many years she is very understanding easy to talk to and have nothing but good things to say about her she's the best!
The meanest health care provider I have ever encountered in 65 years. Arrogant, Does Not Listen, Judgmental, controlling and dishonest. She wrote things in my medical record that were false - based on her self righteous slant on me as the patient. She hears what she wants to hear; not what you actually say. I will never go to her again. She is mean and does not care about patients.
