My husband came in and it was evident the person did not know how to cut using scissors. It’s ok if he didn’t know but what bothers me the most is that instead of being honest and straight up and saying he didn’t know how to cut his specific hair type he went ahead and did whatever so he could still charge him. My husband did not like the result paid and left.
I had a great first experience there. I don’t remember my stylist name, but he was about a 40-year-old black guy who was super nice and did a great job. I’m getting ready to go back very soon as I am starting to look very shaggy once again. I highly recommend this establishment.
