I made an appointment prior, when I arrived the door was locked. I called her but she did not answer. So I waited 15 minutes and when she still did not show up I called one more time and she did not answer. This will be my last time coming here. She pulled this on me once in the past and I had to call her and then she showed up after i waited 20mins... very unprofessional considering these were appointments that are made prior.
