There are tons of temp agencies I suggest avoiding this one like the plague employees are rude liars that play games and think their shit don't stink AT ALL COSTS STAY AWAY

We apologize for being unable to assist you in your search for employment. I see that we did offer you a position but you didn't want to do the prescreening. Unfortunately most of our companies do require various forms of pre employment screening.
Mancan is a joke and most of the staffing recruiters are rude and think they are better than the workers that keep them in a job.

My husband worked at a company through Mancan, for over a year. On the one year anniversary he was supposed to get a raise. Needless to say, he didn't and when he finally called Mancan, it took another week for the raise to be on his paycheck and he was told that Mancan doesn't do back pay. So, he worked 4 months past his first anniversary for the original wage and, in essence, got cheated out of the raise for those 4 months. Would not recommend this Agency. They are sloppy and incompetent.

Carmen unfortunately there's no rule stating any company has to give everyone a raise at the same time, even if it seems that they generally do give people a raise at their one year anniversary. We have no knowledge of every employee getting a raise at the one year mark, and honestly unfortunately if we did, it wouldn't matter. The Dept of Labor doesn't rule on when people get raises, only that they are paid minimum wage.
Mancan is a Proffesional Staffing Company. That means you need to look and behave like a professional if you want their assistance. How can they send you to a job site looking and behaving exactly like their customers explained to them, don't ever send us anyone like that ever again. If your struggling finding a job, step your game up so your not at the bottom of the barrel. Take a resume class or some self improvement classes to learn what employers are looking for. Good luck.
I really enjoy working through ManCan in Marietta Ohio. The ladies in the office are very helpful.
