Great apartments. 1 block from the bus station. 2 blocks from campus. In unit washer and dryer. 2 bathrooms for 4 people. It doesn’t get better than that. Big rooms and a nice living room. Continual praise for maintenance. Legend Real Estate manages this property and they are VERY responsive for maintenance request. They go above and beyond with fixing things and improving things. Great value for what you get, including a great location next to campus. Underground parking is nice. Very spacious apartments.
Pretty decent place to live off campus. There are definitely nicer places to live but you get what you pay for. It’s nice though because it has a washer and dryer, and two bathrooms for an apartment of 4 guys. The kitchen is decently sized compared to some other apartments too. I’d say the biggest downside was parking. There aren’t reserved spots so if you show up late at night you might have to park a couple blocks away.
