We sold our home to Manatee LLC and found their process to be effortless for us. We called Andrew, he came out the next day to inspect the property and the following day made an offer that was acceptable. The contract was written in plain English which made the process very understandable. The closing date was flexible and as it turned out we did have to move up the date.
