Tina is the undisputed champion!
I chose this place for the location. So it moved - ok. No problem. It’s not in the best location but still ok. Since day one , I’ve had prescription issues each and every time. I’ve had to call up over and over to correct the problem. Still wondering if it will happen again as it keeps happening. Now I was scheduled to come in for a procedure that was confused for bloodwork. Was told I’d hear the results right away, I didn’t This place seems to be to busy for me. But I took 5 mins to respond since I was asked
Totally overscheduled. Been twice, once for intro visit and then for blood draw. Arrived to both a few minutes early and had 20 minute wait once and 30 the next. Prominent sign by front desk about patients being late, but I guess they don't think that works both ways. Will be changing to a doctor who respects my time. BTW, doctor also told me I didn't need to bother getting a flu shot at my age. I don't think a doctor should be giving that advice to anyone of any age. Dealing with this office is horrible especially when you call looking for help and you are spoken to rudely and hung up on. They don’t even deserve one star.
