Efficient and friendly operation.
I was frustrated when my optometrist of the last decade no longer accepted my insurance. To my surprise, I found Dr. Zielke. Wow. Her demeanor, knowledge and communication was exceptional. The exam was thorough and I was given options to improve my vision that I didn't know were available. I was in and out in a half an hour. Happy to have found such a professional and skilled optometrist.
I have to say, this was a really great experience. I went to another I care provider last year and had a terrible experience. Paid a lot of money for a one year prescription that wasn't even accurate. This process was seamless and easy. The retinal scan was a good choice because I didn't have to do the pupil dialation. The associates and the doctor were all very friendly and accommodating.
