The only reason this place is getting one star is because it makes you pick. I have 4 kids and never has a pediatrician asked for a birth certificate in order to be seen. When I asked why I wasn’t told this before the visit they said it was said to me with the representative over the phone -which never happened. Unfortunately, we needed to do a quick flu test on my daughter. They refused to see her without a birth certificate. We ended up going to West Coast Pediatrics where they got her in an hour later and ran all the test... read more

It’s a couple rude receptions here I had to snap on but the doctors are good
Horrible place
I came to get my son's 4-year-old shots that they scheduled knowing his birthday was 6 days away he left school early as I left work early just for the receptionist to tell me my son couldn't be seen because he's not 4. This receptionist she was not the brightest as she called the back office with inaccurate information and malicious intent to not allow my son to be seen what a waste of time that's now affecting our lives having to reschedule late in the month this office has cause unessacry stress I will be changing doctors... read more
