I came to get my son's 4-year-old shots that they scheduled knowing his birthday was 6 days away he left school early as I left work early just for the receptionist to tell me my son couldn't be seen because he's not 4. This receptionist she was not the brightest as she called the back office with inaccurate information and malicious intent to not allow my son to be seen what a waste of time that's now affecting our lives having to reschedule late in the month this office has cause unessacry stress I will be changing doctors... read more

they never answer the phone. And you have to be on top of the Doctor for your paper work. And make sure they put your child’s medication in for pharmacy. I been on hold for 30mins on the phone
Trying to get an appt or speak to anyone is worse than getting teeth pulled. I’ve called 3 times back to back and I press one for English then 2 to speak with a team member then bam… nothing. They keep you on hold for about 4-5 mins then once it asked for a pin, the other went back to the press one for English then it hangs up or gives the busy tone. The 3rd time still just sitting here listening to music with no answer at all. If you are looking for a doctor office that is effective and efficient this is not it!
Omg I am so livid right now, I never have given a bad review to anything before.... My daughter was birthed by Dr Van Buren has been there since she was born she's 12 now almost 13 so I have been calling calling calling because they keep calling in the wrong prescription for her she will not sleep without it.... They're sending in the wrong prescription I call n call then some1 that most def isn't in the office bc after I wait n WAIT ON HOLD THESE 2 INDIAN DUDES WHO CANT EVEN SAY THE DOCTORS NAME OR A LADY ANSWERS N SAY IM M... read more
