I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. Over the past year, I regularly receive two to three massages per month at various establishments in the surrounding area, and unfortunately this location consistently seems to have issues. Yesterday, I called ahead and requested a 60-minute massage. Excellent service
The massage therapist was very kind, but unfortunately I left feeling really disappointed. About five minutes into my massage, another customer walked in and she left me there. She apologized and said she had forgotten she had another appointment, then asked me to wait while she worked on him! She offered to reduce it to a 30-minute massage and would charge me $60, even though the sign outside said $50. When she came back, she didn’t give me the full hour I had booked.
