I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. Over the past year, I regularly receive two to three massages per month at various establishments in the surrounding area, and unfortunately this location consistently seems to have issues. Yesterday, I called ahead and requested a 60-minute massage. I informed the therapist that I would arrive within 10–15 minutes and specifically asked whether there would be any wait, as this location typically only has one therapist on site.
