They LIED, but then apologized. The other day we came in to see a resident. Both the receptionist Allyson (not sure of spelling), and then the supervisor Alicia (not sure of spelling) lied and stated that the resident we were there to see was not there. Finally, after conversation, they admitted the resident was indeed there. I called out both for lying. Both of them each apologized. For the apology, I am most appreciative. I'm not really sure how the place would Operate as efficient without Judy out front. Seems like she knows whats going on in the entire facility. Never met her in my life, some days she made it a little more bearable. Thank you Judy and staff at Manatawny Manor.

Manatawny Manor provides hot meals to homebound residents in three of our chapters (East Coventry, Coventry, and North Coventry). The kitchen staff is amazing, so helpful and caring. The food is excellent and our clients are so very pleased. We are so grateful for their support! Thank you! Jeani Purcell, Director of Meals on Wheels of Chester County.

My mother and dad resided at the Manatawny Manor....in skilled care and assisted living. It's a hard working staff. The building itself is beneficial to the residents and visitors. There are always folks gathered in the lobby...a great social atmosphere. They do everything they can to make the residents safe; and they are willing to listen when families have a concern. I just wish that there would be a directory to let visitors, and residents know who is residing there. Over the years, we've missed visiting dear old friends ... read more
