Manassas topsoil truck driving down rt66 uncovered tossed a huge rock back that hit and cracked my windshield. I called and spoke with Donna who hung up on me and declined further calls. I wasn't even asking for anything but trying to suggest she have her driver stop and cover the truck. No consideration or concern. No effort to even listen, apologize or take action.

This is the second time using them. First time was ok. This time, getting the same 50/50 topsoil and compost. They gave me finely sifted clay. It is nowhere close to "finely sifted topsoil." More like fill dirt and compost. If you didn't know what you were getting or looking at. They would deceive you. This is unacceptable. RED CLAY, NOT TOP SOIL. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED.

Donna was very pleasant to work with and the delivery fellow for 3x, 18cuyd was careful and great to work with as well. They dropped the mulch and topsoil right where I needed it, and it was great stuff.
