They’ve switched companies and now you have to do everything In person including pay rent. If you value convenience then this is not the place for you. Everything is a difficult process especially the maintenance request.
The issues wasn’t resolved, the maintain checked to issue, troubleshooted to the best of their ability and less than 24 hours later the issue happened again.
