My wife and I enjoy living in the apartment itself, it’s well put together, however to make it to 5 stars there would need to be some upgrades with the parking lot. My wife got sick in the evening and i went out to get her medicine 10 mins later when i am back not a single parking spot left!! Its frustrating. We wish at least the parking was numbered specifically with your apartment number like other apartment complexes have.. or idk add more parking spaces.
They’ve switched companies and now you have to do everything In person including pay rent. If you value convenience then this is not the place for you. Everything is a difficult process especially the maintenance request.
The issues wasn’t resolved, the maintain checked to issue, troubleshooted to the best of their ability and less than 24 hours later the issue happened again.
