I really like and appreciate the care and professionalism shown by the management team. The new maintenance crew that they hired are also very knowledgeable and ready to respond whenever I need them.
Property management here is truly unmatched. Ashley and Ann have gone above and beyond to address an issue in my unit promptly, making sure to keep me updated along the way, and quickly involved the very kind and knowledgeable maintenance team - Oscar and his excellent crew who took time to explain the issue and what they were going to do to prevent it from further occurring. I deeply appreciate their work and the candor they bring to this property. You can tell they love their job/the people they support. Huge kuddos!
Over the year we have been here we have always had great help from our maintenance men. They all 3 have played different roles for helping us in a way and always maintain a respectful manner. Thank you Oscar, Robert, & Tom.
Not secure
My wife and I enjoy living in the apartment itself, it’s well put together, however to make it to 5 stars there would need to be some upgrades with the parking lot. My wife got sick in the evening and i went out to get her medicine 10 mins later when i am back not a single parking spot left!! Its frustrating. We wish at least the parking was numbered specifically with your apartment number like other apartment complexes have.. or idk add more parking spaces.
