I had a appointment booked and needed to cancel I received a call and due to being at work I could not answer right away I called back without 5 minutes at 3:25pm and got the after hours emergency line even though it says the office is open until 5pm. How are you going to charge me a late cancellation fee when you guys won’t even answer your phones to cancel ?! This is outrageous
I have been their patient for 4 years I only saw the dr 2 times at the beginning now when I want to make an appointment it has to be with the nurse also they are keep losing my reports and want me to go take more blood work done.
Dr. Joshi and Dr. Navdeep both are great Doctors. They are very knowledgeable .
Today I visited this place with my father the Dr . Navdeep mathur she is very nice and best behavior with patient.
I setup and appointment to go see this doctor. Appointment was set for 1 PM. I even had a confirmation of the appointment. When I get there they tell me that they tried to call me several times, and I had no calls from them. They told me they were not accepting any new patients. That's all fine and dandy, but you say that you try to call me and you didn't try to call me, they just wasted my time.
