I emailed them about a motor I needed fixed and they offered to look at it for their standard diagnostic fee which they would put towards to cost of repair, which is completely reasonable. After sending them a picture, they said w/it being an OEM that they may not be able to fix and probably can't get a replacement. Considering they could have easily had me bring it in and possibly waste the diagnostic fee and been out those funds, they told me honestly and up front which I feel is hard to find nowadays.
