Leandro and Karen helped me with the sale. I purchased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee and had the following problems: 1) Two key fobs were provided and only one worked; 2) The radio system did not work because now, wifi networks have evolved to 5G; and 3) The automatic liftgate does not work automatically. None of these are major issues, although the lack of communication regarding these issues is a concern.
