I have never experienced such horrible service from this owner Franco! I bought a car there July 2nd 2020 and right off the gate I felt there was something wrong with the transmission, well today not even 2 weeks in the transmission blew on my way to work! He’d rather give me my money back then fix the car just horrible customer service!!! Please don’t buy a blue 2016 Nissan Sentra from these guys actually don’t waste your money go somewhere where they will appreciate your business!!!!!
We purchased a vehicle on December 9, 2019 - under the pression that we would be receiving the tags and title in the mail (we are a business and every other vehicle we have purchased has been handled like this) we received a MD title and a form for reassignment of title mid January at this point our temp tags are dead. I went to the DMV only to be told that the dealership would be responsible for the tags. They could improve by selling quality cars and stop selling people junk they patched over or cleared codes for. Not scamming their customers would be a huge improvement.
