Best rental experience ever! John was amazing, very attentive throughout the reservation process and our stay. The condo is excellent, roomy, comfortable and more than well equipped for all our needs. Very short walk to the beach with nearby pool, spa and restrooms which are all brilliant.
Excellent location, walk to the beach in just a few minutes. Unit is well stocked with everything one would need. Very clean and quiet. I will definitely go back. Management responded with questions we had within a very short time, very pleasant to work with.
This is the second time I have booked Manasota Key Condos. Both units were very clean. Beds slept fairly well. Location is perfect. Walk to 5 different pub/bars and restaurants. Pool is in great shape. Less than 5 minute walk across the street to the beach. John and his brother have done an excellent job creating a top shelf property. Nice bay views. Condos have kayaks if you’re inclined. Nice sidewalks to take a real long walk. Hesitation shouldn’t be an option to book it.
The Bay Time condo was amazing. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The views were amazing and the location was perfect. Everybody was very nice and friendly. We couldn't have asked for more. We plan on definitely returning to Manasota Key and when we do, we will stay at a Manasota Key Condo.
