How is this place still in business? To preface the story my boyfriend works in construction and has done plenty of tile jobs so he knows what he’s talking about. We had a guy come out yesterday to tear some tile out of our master shower after my boyfriend specially asked them if they going to plastic wrap the bathroom so there’s no mess and them promising they will we come home to tile dust EVERYWHERE and I mean everywhere the dude was wearing socks tracking the dust everywhere throughout the house. We had tile floors installed throughout our new condo. The installers did not go under the baseboard as promised and in still trying to make this look better. I could have had the baseboard all removed & reinstalled if I would have been given the correct information. The bathroom floors have wider and thinner grout because they aren’t consistent. The cuts under the vanities are unreal awful cuts. They are also not flat as is the rest of the house. We’ll see if they fix some of these issues??

TERRIBLE. Install was a disaster. The floor will need to be completely redone. Moving tiles, grout missing, broken tiles. Customer service is horrible. Will not stand behind their product. This company just wants your money. GARBAGE

Sales person was very helpful, lots to choose from but if you buy here have someone else install the flooring. Installers here are incompetent and the installation manager above them is just as bad.
