After moving states, I contacted Dr. Shah’s office for a common standard “ending of care/ patient transfer” request, to send my prescription information and transfer my prescription to my new doctor. Dr. Shah is an amazing doctor. She is kind, professional, takes the time to go over everything, makes sure that you understand, and very thorough. It is nice to finally find a compassionate Doctor who really makes you feel like they care about your health and well-being.
