I went to see her because I haven't been to a dermatologist in my entire life, and wanted to check it out. Starting from the front desk, it was a very bad experience. Doctor gave me very basic information which I already knew. When asking about the bags under my eyes, she said she would have to refer me to a Plastic Surgeon. I paid $150 out of my pocket, as they didn't participate with the insurance. I didn't get any returns. I also did not get my prescription filled. Very dissappointed.

I went to see her after having an adverse reaction to a topical “anti-aging” RX. I had used it for 5 weeks and my skin developed very deep wrinkles where I hadn’t had any prior to use and other areas became pitted. It was devastating. I literally woke up one morning and was shocked when I looked in the mirror! I showed photographic evidence taken at the beginning of use and after 5 weeks. I went to her because I had darkening around my eyebrows after using a skin lightening product. She basically dismissed my concern and told me to buy over the counter hydroquine 2% Or wait for it to clear up over the year I followed her directive and my skin is even darker and ruined. I am now makeup dependent, something I never had to wear. stay away from her if you are a person of color! You will also feel like a number when meeting you her, she has a bad bedside manner and shows no empathy.

I felt like I was on an assembly line. Dr. Ladrigan probably spent less then 5 minutes with me, my exam was 5 seconds long. How can you a thorough exam in that amount of time. She couldn't wait to get out of the room. Then the next thing I know her NP came into the room to do a biopsy. Dr. Ladrigan never discussed that a needed a biopsy or that her NP was now treating me. I was just a number to her, a copay. I found her to be unprofessional, condescending, and arrogant. I would never return to see Dr. Ladrigan!!

While surgery is not pleasant, Dr. Ladrigan and her staff made me feel comfortable and feeling like I was someone important to get to know, to listen to my concerns and fears, and had a hand to hold if I neded one while the procedure was being done. The entire staff has such welcoming smiles, outgoing personalities and provides a very comfortable office environment. They make it very easy to return for annual checkups.

Just went to Dr Ladrigan for a full body skin exam from what I have read online about exams they gave the low end one in and out in 10 min and not a true full body exam will have to look for another dermatologist.

Amazing professional office staff . Dr.Ladrigan was knowledgable and caring. I was impressed with my visit there. Nice not to have to deal with big box medicine.

Dr. Ladrigan is amazing! She makes you feel comfortable and really knows her stuff. She was able to diagnose my skin condition within seconds of seeing it. I had previously seen two other dermatologists in the area that wanted to run extensive tests to figure out what it was. I've recommended her to my family and friends and can honestly say that she is one of the best doctors, she truly looks out for your best interests. So happy I found such a great dermatologist.
