I've had a great experience at this facility! Dr.Gunturu is very patient caring,and looks out for me in getting relief from my illness!
I will never revisit the Grant Ferry-Ophthalmology office in Flowood, Ms, due to some of Dr. Gunturu's staff's rude treatment. How can a nurse have the audacity to place gloves on her hand and forcefully push my head up against the eye-testing machine without my permission? Also, she squeezed her fingers tightly against my head, knowing that I was experiencing a headache and eye pain, while the other nurse attempted to take pictures of my eyes until I told them to stop. Stay away from this facility!
