I've waited over a week for some type of response to 2 emails one to parts and one to tech support. Tried to call once and everyone only wanted to speak French
Great product and quality service
I've tried talking to someone in their technical service department more than 5 times at this point. I keep getting told I'll receive a call back but have yet to. If you ever buy one of their products don't expect any technical service from the company themselves.
