I've tried talking to someone in their technical service department more than 5 times at this point. I keep getting told I'll receive a call back but have yet to. If you ever buy one of their products don't expect any technical service from the company themselves.
The trolly output shafts on the ORBH operators are constantly shearing off the split pins on the sprockets. Just install 1/4”key stock…. Please! Also the 4l320 motor pulleys wear out for some reason causing the inside of the belts to prematurely wear.
Bought some new remotes and receivers from a reseller and they sometimes take 5 or 10 button presses before they work. The old ones worked on the first press every time (till I ran over the remote...). The reseller passed me off to these guys (the manufacturer). I emailed them and they didn't even respond.
