WORTHLESS Primary care provider, don’t waste your time; there is a reason she is the only provider with available appointments at this location. During my Moms Last appointment on February 3, 2025, she was over an hour and a half behind and NO APOLOGY. She called in wrong medications TWICE. Why is she even allowed to continue practicing medicine at this point? She is going to kill someone with her lack of specificity. Also, She said she’s retiring in a year…PLEASE DO US ALL A FAVOR AND RETIRE NOW!!!
Just find another PCP. Even if they tell you she is the only one available please save yourself the trouble find another one. Appointment times are not important, I thought she was thorough at first but she is just slow. She shows no sense of urgency or care for patients. She does what she wants and not what the patients asks. When it comes to paperwork you will never receive it on time even after it is turned into the business office!
This physician is terrible!!! She does not care about her patients and will not follow up with calls once a message has been left for her to contact the patient. She always forgets to call in your medications to the pharmacy and if it is not covered by the patients insurance the pharmacy contacts the physician and she never responds back to them. She does not need to be in any Health Care Facility Period!!
Not responsive or proactive. Orders wrong test. Always extremely late for appointments. Does no show care or concern for patients. Slow to respond. After 5yrs of being a patient, I am done. As an african American woman with a history of family breast cancer she is not concerned or proactive. Wants to keep billing my insurance but does nothing to help patients. I do NOT recommend her.
Advocate doctors have become so unreliable since the pandemic. This doctor is a perfect example. By some stroke of bad luck I was given this doctor as a PCP when my original doctor left Advocate. She started our virtual visit (staff would not give me an in person appt even for our first meeting) by saying I shouldn't have been assigned to her!
