Jason Penhall of Manakin recently designed for me a new build 4 bedroom home for my block at Bolwarra. He did an excellent job and I was very happy with the result. Jason is adept at interpreting a client's needs and converting them into concept ideas and plans. I appreciated very much his guidance and advice on the layout, dimensions and making the most of the location and aspect and designing a house that would work for me. I highly recommend Jason .

Jason Penhill actually listens to his clients and tries to put their ideas into practise. He is also a good interface with builders on projects and has a steady manner when things inevitably get stressful. I enjoyed working with him. Our project dragged on because our builder was slow (read distracted elsewhere), but the end design is quite beautiful and functional which is what you hope an architect will achieve.

Thanks Jason for his help to my new home. He has very good ideas on customized design and has client been involved during design. He has looked after much more details and offered good solutions upon client's comments and concerns. His support and communication with CC and builder is helpful to keep project going smoothly. Good job!
