I’ve been here for not even a month and already management been at my door twice over because my kids (3 little boys) want to play and be kids that makes normal kid noise but not extremely loud ! mind to say this is during the day! but here I hear loud music loud kids at night door wide open and everything which is not making any sense to me .
lived here over 10 years. no problem. our neighbors are great and helpful. convenient location and it’s nice to have the pool on hot days. The neighbors look out for each other and do not tolerate issues that can impede each others peace.
Beware of women in her wheelchair and Husband who constantly gets my aunt who lived here for years involved in all their DRAMA. Avoid these people at all cost a couple who makes her disability life convenient for them and inconvenient for everyone else, always creeping around the property looking for their next victim. The yard maintenance schedule over here is a nightmare! You hear lawnmowers and blowers 24/7 the building next to us is on one day, the building on the other side of us is another day, and Manai hale is on another day! That’s three days in a row each week with loud lawnmowers almost all day! You would think they would try to synchronize it and do it all in one day because it’s all different companies I wish somebody could synchronize this madness.
