Very Bad and Dangerous experience in the service department. My wife took her Kia Sorento in for oil change and rotate tires. While rotating the tires the technician cross threaded two of the lug nuts and destroyed them. The service manager then told her that two of the lug nuts were rusted and needed to be replaced at a cost of $200.00. She didn't think this sounded right so she left with only 3 of 5 lug nuts on the front wheel. I then went to AutoZone and bought two new ones for $3.29 each and installed them. First service visit with my Kia Forte….greeted immediately upon arriving…my car was taken right in, I was told probably about an hour …actually finished in 45 min . Waiting area clean comfortable and very accommodating. David Fawcett went over my service report with me when my car was finished. He even escorted me out to my car. My salesman Joe from 6 months ago recognized me while I was waiting, we had a nice chat. I highly recommend this dealership all employees are professional, helpful and friendly!
whatever woman they have promoting this business in a white jeep was driving crazy in the mcdonald's parking lot and was taking pictures of people without their consent
