I went to look at an apartment they said it was available when I went back the went had raised the price after seeing what my race was so sadly no I don’t recommend this place I would love to say yes if it was only to the person who showed me the place

As a mother of 6 I had a problem with Daniel Lyons and getting my deposit back from him. After leaving the property that he owns which is 162 center st. Apt 2 Ellenville NY, in perfect condition he still insisted that we had over 1,000$ in damages. We rented from 11-1-14 to 4-1-15. We did have pictures and would have taken him to court if it wasn't for financial issues. and we are still looking at taking him to court But even before that we had problems with him fixing the property.
