Dave and the team at Management Point have been phenomenal to work with. We had a local client that needed extra support and Dave jumped in and helped us get it handled without any hassle. Communication was great the whole way through and you could tell they actually cared about getting it right, not just checking a box. He was great with communicating with me in a timely manner and pushing to have my battery replaced on my laptop. It was replaced and my computer is working great now. Thank you for all your help.
