They are horrible. Worst property management I have dealt with in the last 20 years. They take your money and shame you for asking questions about where it's going

Our HOA has used Management Solutions NW for many years and they do not disappoint. They have a strong focus on service in a professional manner. They provide open communication and are quick to respond to issues at hand. They have stayed up to date on laws and work for the community's best interest. They have been an invaluable asset to our HOA from budgeting, liability, & compliance, to name just a few.

Have to harass them to get return communications and then the manager is quite rude to her paying customers. Seems like a poor way to conduct a service oriented company. The only thing they are good for is collecting money. Cannot recommend this company.

Management Solutions NW has the highest credentials to operate an association and is 100% awesome. CMCA-Certified Manager of Community Associations & PCAM-Professional Community Association Manager. In WA you are not required to have any credentials, so be careful who you hire. Our HOA has had them for at least 5 years now, and there is NO talk of switching. They are a smaller company, but they provide a great service. They are easy to get ahold of and you don't get lost in the big company atmosphere. They respond in a tim... read more
