Regular mail to the company is not responded to the sender at all. The customer service level of this company is below par. The property manager mocks homeowners in open forum meetings. Poor customer service and poor property management company.
The BOD contracted with this company in July 2019. I have sent emails to the new property manager. Not one has been answered in a timely fashion nor responded to my request. There is poor customer service demonstrated by the new property manager.
