Terribly managed HOA
Janae is always friendly and welcoming. She's very knowledgeable, and I know she'll be able to answer my questions, or be sure to find the answers for me. A+ customer service from Janae, which is always greatly appreciated.
I set up auto payments for my HOA bill. We get a letter that says our payment is late and a lien may be issued. I see that my auto payment went through, but the HOA fees went up without my knowledge. NO letter was sent regarding the increase in fees and now they charged me an extra $140 without sending a notice out first. All because my auto payment was short $25. Very unhappy with CCMC not giving us a courteous and proper notice before increasing the fee and also charging an additional $140...
