Completely neglect of property.
For the most part, CCMC is everything you could want in an employer. Unfortunately, their average tenure is around 2 years, which is a testament to itself. If you're in the “in” crowd, you're golden. If you plan on working outside of regular hours, you'll succeed. I wasn't there for a long time, but long enough to see these issues fester in other employees. They are scam artists will not work with you on anything. They wait til you are late to charge you late fees. Horrible customer service.
In my opinion, they are terrible. I could give an endless list of how they have treated the residents, but I will leave it at the large number of residents that in my opinion have moved away from our community due solely because of ccmc management as proof enough.
