Called to pay fees on a lot (future build) in June. Rep could not find property (only found the one that had a house - I have two properties). November and I am sent to collections with a law firm with a 1000k plus in late fees, interest and legal fees. You have my number and email, why not call and leave a message. Even if you can't leave details, just who you are and to call back. Real poor communication, reps clearly can't use their own internal system. Our HOA rules within our subdivision are not being enforced. We’ve had a matter that’s been going on for months and months. We get no answers but yet we still get our coupons to pay our HOA dues. How do we get go about getting a new management company? I guess that’s the next thing that we can look into because they’re doing nothing to return. Our calls giving us vague emails with no real answers. We are getting nothing for our money
