I started renting from this company late last year and I absolutely love them. As a single mother on a budget I was not exactly expecting much from my rental company; but Ruth Anne at the Havelock office has always been accommodating and professional. When I first moved in I had a shower temperature issue and I only mentioned it in passing while dropping off my rent and the next day the maintenance crew had it fixed. Absolutely awful people hands down. Upon move out, I was charged for things I made sure were good and a prorated tent for two days that I wasn't even there because the day I was supposed to be out, they weren't at the office to accept the keys. They are complete crooks. And that was after waiting over a month to get my deposit back. And they're extremely rude and unprofessional. I deeply regret renting through this company. I'd give zero stars if I could. I am so furious with them.
