Slum Lords. Homeowners beware! Our neighborhood is looking like a ghetto due to lack of proper tenant Management. Our property values are going down and units are difficult to sell due to unsafe, unsanitary piles of garbage at the end of our street. Street sweeper can no longer keep storm drains clear because of trash and recycle bins not being taken out of the road following emptying. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If 0 stars was an option, that would be my choice. Please do yourself a favor and don't sign a lease through Management Services. They have the most unprofessional staff who would rather text you instead of picking up the phone to get things resolved. They're quick to take your money and charge you for things they shouldn't be charging you for. And when it comes time to get your security deposit back, they'll just keep brushing you off. These ppl will take u for every penny . They r trying to charge me $1700 for painting and cleaning the yard!! Unbelievable how greedy and shifty ppl can be exaggerated charges after paying rent in cash for 13 months. I'm fighting back!!!!!
Terrible management property. Will take months/ years to "fix" a leak. And maintenance in your apartment. But when come to moving out they make sure the charge for the things that they deem tenant responsibility. And add things that we're never even fixed to begin with. Be aware of this company and take caution if you want to rent from them.
Great people!!!! We have rented from them for many years, they are always helpful and friendly and go above and beyond for my family!! Maintenance is great!!! Everyone on the maintenance staff is knowledgeable and friendly and all around great people!!’ Highly recommend!!!!
