The Moreno Valley team is consistently professional and courteous, promptly answering my calls and questions while making every effort to resolve issues efficiently. I am very pleased with Management One. The main contact Kistine Alvarez was very professional and caring throughout the application process and was treated very well by Kaycie and Joe from the leasing office. I had experiences with a couple of other agencies that were not nearly as professional and caring as Management One. I would like to add that Kistines follow up skills are exemplary, keeping me in on the loop on a daily basis which I greatly appreciate!
Great experience, Kristine helped me so much with the process of my approval for my home and walked me through everything. She is very understanding and sweet.
