This my first experience of renting ever in my life and it has been smooth sailing with Management One! The whole process was handled professionally, hassle free, and on a timely basis. Kristine was a pro at it, walked me through the whole process, and followed up promptly as needed. They've guided me through the process via email, text, phone, and presentation. I'd recommend them if you need a rental or property management, it was a very thorough and worried free process from beginning to end.
Brendan did an excellent job during the inspection. He was punctual, easy to talk to, and very attentive to detail. He handled everything professionally while still being approachable and understanding. The whole process felt organized and efficient thanks to him. Great experience overall.

Management One is an outstanding property management company. The Moreno Valley team is consistently professional and courteous, promptly answering my calls and questions while making every effort to resolve issues efficiently. I highly recommend Management One to anyone seeking property management services or advice on real estate matters.
If you want to deal with a high pressure salesman who will bug you but never deliver Tyler is your guy! He promised no fees til after my property was rented and stated they have contractors who would help prepare my property for rent. Even though they were unable to fulfill their duties (and made false claims) they want to charge me as I’ve cancelled the contract, even though they have done nothing other than provide comps. Great criminal business practices.
