I recently leased a home with Management One. When I picked up the keys in their office the staff was friendly and introduced me to my home inspector Lee. He came out to do a walk through and was very helpful. We noted items about the house to protect me and the owner. He also assisted with a few minor needs. He was kind, polite, and knowledgeable. I felt he genuinely cared and I am happy in my home. Thank you Lee and all of the staff that assisted. Great customer service! 😊

This is the 5th property management company I have actually dealt with and they are on a whole different level when it comes to how they get things done, attention to detail, and overall experience. The last 2 companies wanted to meet out ( one was at a Starbucks). I think I just feel better knowing I can get a hold of someone, they are actually there and not hiding and dodging me when there’s issues. Thanks again
