The One Property Management team communicates very well, explained the process in great detail from signing the management contract to getting the property on the market. They handled all the prep work which was very helpful. Very happy with their service, highly recommend
Horrible communication
Horrible, they Wasted my time for nothing. I toured and applied for the rental the same day. Took 2 hours to get everything submitted. Then I was told that the rental was always rented. Why did you waste my time then??!
Mak was extremely helpful and courteous during our move in orientation. She explained everything in great detail.
