Looked at a condo on Zillow, I inquired about seeing the place. The lady that answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. I would run far away from this company. If they already act like this when you want to see the place, can you imagine living under one of their places ? HARD PASS
UNSAFE. We’ve had multiple incidents in our Valley Village apartment complex involving breaking and entering, theft, people digging through our laundry, and dudes casing people’s apartments. We have a courtyard that MLS won’t secure because according to Kinga, one of the managers, “they don’t have to.” The only camera is owned by a resident, and when I informed management that the resident has footage of someone entering our courtyard and laundry room, MLS was uninterested.
