I am somewhat shocked by how bad and reckless a company's management can be. I have been a regular payer of my HOA fees via the direct debit program. The direct debits ran into issues because apparently they only have the ability to set it for a year?! I immediately contacted the management office via email (until this email I sent they were quite responsive to email). If you want a Management Group that refuses to replace dead trees, lets the community deteriorate with broken curbs, crumbling streets, and ever increasing fees, this company is for you. They will harass one homeowner about weeds in his front yard which are flowering vegetation and herbs, while the home next door is allowed to fall into decay. Unfortunately, the structure of the HOA is such that the same awful people keep getting on the board. Why they continue to keep The Management Group is beyond me and everyone else.
