EasyRO is a very easy program to use and is very helpful to keep track of the vehicles and repairs needed. I would recommend it to any shop that wants to improve their service. I was scared to do much on computers because I was afraid I would open the wrong thing and give the computer a virus. my business had always hand wrote repair orders ,just did not want to use the computer to keep them however , once i did make the decision to use EASYRO , my stress levels dropped. i was now able to track employees production billed hours ,gross sales..and so on..made my job as owner so much easier. the Tech staff is AWESOME..as i said my computer skills not being great..they are..the techs have solved my issues quickly effeciently,as well as with great patience.. these folks are the best..they have an actual office in glend... read more
