I just completed FPM 513 - FAC P/PM-IT Core-Plus: IT Infrastructure and Architectural Design. Due to Covid-19, this was a virtual 4-day course. The course will bring you current on all things that a senior IT Project/ Program Manager would need to know for the 21th Century. I found this to be the most relevant course I've ever had. I enrolled in the Audit of Federal Grants, instructed by Jean Hacken, and she really made the subject, instruction, principles of audit principles/compliance interesting. This was my initial virtual classroom experience and it was well developed and implemented. I would highly the course and Ms. Hacken as an instructor for class.
Ms. Vicky Cherry one of management concept instructor taught a great leadership skills class over the last two day. She taught with passion and kept us engaged the best she could using adobe connect. A new way of learning with COVID-19 keeping us out of a physical classroom environment.
Management Concepts does about as good a job at virtual instruction as can be done in a virtual setting.
The classes I have taken have been very good. They have adapted to our need to work from home during the pandemic such that I think these virtual classes have been much better than some live classes from other companies.
Great presenter & IT personnel were spot on! Tackled everything the students threw at them & besides some connectivity issues it was a terrific learning experience! Awesome job by Management Concepts

I was thoroughly disappointed with the virtual training. Between the instructor not being knowledgeable about the course material, to the assistants not assisting the students when issues came up, back to the instructor not knowing how to work the technology well, the challenges overtook any learning that should have been happening.
Virtual training is becoming the new normal. I really enjoyed Intro to Analytics, the instructor was well knowledgeable of the subject matter. I am able to apply the material in my profession.
