Completely unscrupulous management company that does not care about the health of their tenants. Dirty unmaninted buildings that are infested with roaches and mice is what you get with this company.
If I could rate them with a negative star, I'd do that. They are basically slumlords with no discernible care for any of their tenants, or any care in how the poor upkeep reflects on them. From little to no heat during winter, to hiring supers that rude and threatening, they are disgusting examples of if building management.
