Since I moved to Russia, I realize how much I value a good service. For more than five years, MSI was in charge of cleaning our 5 -story building in Minnesota and always impressed us. From the accounts manager to the cleaning staff, they were all exceptional. They immediately respond to any request and the comments of our tenants were always positive. A quality service that is really surprised.
We have used MSI to clean our 5 story medical building for the past five +years and have been extremely pleased with their team. From the Account Manager, to the Area Manager overseeing the night cleaning staff, to the work by the individual cleaners and day matron. Everyone is excellent to work with, very timely with their responses and they take care of requests right away. Our tenants consistently share positive feedback on the cleaning services. We are very happy with the service MSI provides!
Our agency has been working with MSI for more than 20 years, for everything from basic plumbing issues to complex build outs. We contract with them for HVAC, for janitorial, and we also use them for large construction and any sort of small fixes a building might need. Every MSI employee I've worked with over the years has been responsive and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any property owner/manager looking for honest and friendly help with their building.
MSI is an exceptional company to work with. Our church lost heat during a cold snap and MSI responded within an hour, were able to problem solve and were diligent in repairing old equipment. We trust their company for our heating and air conditioning needs.
MSI has been great to work with and reliable in times of emergency. We have a long-standing relationship, and they always handle our account professionally and with great detail whether in our weekly general maintenance or in our janitorial needs. I would recommend them to anyone needing to get a job done right!
