The WORST isp we have ever used. Their support does not communicate well and does not know what they are doing. I get the feeling their head of IT was hired straight out of college with little experience. The fiber line they turned up for us wouldn't work for weeks and they didn't do anything but blame us(it was their bad equipment). Now we are seeing packet loss for over a week and 3 maintenance windows later we are still not working. Never use these guys.
