Communication style, adequate initially to arrange a tour of a townhouse. Employee at the property (was actually punctual) presented as normally "nice" and accommodating. Did not disclose verbally or on the information sheet that a background check is required. I would give them zero stars if possible. Worst 18 months of my life. Charged us for everything possible, terrible communication, and poorly run. Troy would schedule times to come swap out the air filter, then no call no show the same day, ON MULTIPLE OCCASSIONS. Maintenance requests are a joke, always handled by a random handy man rather than a professional. Our dishwasher was never fixed when we told Troy multiple times it needed to be repaired or replaced, so we washed dishes by hand for a YEAR. Troy is lazy and careless ... read more

Rented with this company and I am very happy I did! They helped me feel at home in my rental. I worked with Troy through my stay and he was quick in responding to any questions I had. I enjoyed renting with the help of this company. I had the piece of mind that any issues I had would be resolved in a timely manner. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. We rented for one year after moving to Utah from North Carolina. We didn't know much about the area so we settled on American Fork which was close to my new office in Orem. Pros: 1. Troy, the property manager, was super attentive to any needs we had, he often would do text checks just to make sure everything was ok and meeting standards of living. I used ManageCo to manage my rental property in Salt Lake City for over 5 years until I recently sold the property. My experience was nothing short of excellent. ManageCo took care of my property and my renters in a way to make owner and renter happy. I was never without renters and did not have to worry about the property being well maintained.
