Communication style, adequate initially to arrange a tour of a townhouse. Employee at the property (was actually punctual) presented as normally "nice" and accommodating. I would give them zero stars if possible. Worst 18 months of my life. Charged us for everything possible, terrible communication, and poorly run. Troy would schedule times to come swap out the air filter, then no call no show the same day, ON MULTIPLE OCCASSIONS. Maintenance requests are a joke, always handled by a random handy man rather than a professional. Our dishwasher was never fixed when we told Troy multiple times it needed to be repaired or replaced, so we washed dishes by hand for a YEAR. Troy is lazy and careless ... read more
Rented with this company and I am very happy I did! They helped me feel at home in my rental. I worked with Troy through my stay and he was quick in responding to any questions I had. We rented for one year after moving to Utah from North Carolina. We didn't know much about the area so we settled on American Fork which was close to my new office in Orem. Pros: 1.
