You don’t know what you have until it’s gone. Manage, Inc. managed my apt complex from the day it opened in 2002 through March, 2018, when new owners took over. Our last manager, Alex, was here for seven years. She ran this place efficiently and was also the nicest person ever. We had community get-togethers. She cared about residents and went out of her way to help and listen to them. Now, under new owners, we have no on-site manager. No repairs.
